Sorry . . . this post will be short because my arm is basically out of commission at the moment. It is super-duper sore because all the muscles in my shoulder, chest, and upper back decided to seize up a few days ago, and every day they've been locking up more. Tonight I literally can barely move my arm at all. I've been trying to massage it to loosen it up, but the seizing process I think is too far gone. Thinking I might go to the doctor tomorrow to try to get a massage or chiropractic recommendation if it doesn't improve . . . it's my right arm, which I kind of need if I'm going to get through painting class on Thursday.
Today was pretty uneventful anyway. Tried to do homework without procrastinating--it kind of worked--and also went for a walk, vacuumed my room, and went to City Light women's study. The study was the best part of the day, I think. It's always nice to be with other Christians and have a chance to pray and to be challenged by Bible study. We read Philippians 3 tonight.
By the way, I realized I never posted the link to Indra's dad's website. There are some really cool pictures of their house and also of all his paintings. Check it out here! (click the UK flag for English)
Signing off . . . going to take a hot shower and then lay on a hot water bottle. Indra has been really nice--she let me borrow Teddy-chen, her special teddy bear that has a zipper pocket with a water bottle inside it. She has a lot of tension problems with her neck and back, and she says it's important to always stay warm so the muscles won't tighten up as much. Maybe in the shower I will also try to complete Round 2 of the Wooly Winter farewell on my legs . . .
Are you thinking this was a weird post, or is it just me?
